A walk through the fascinating world of bryozoans: what can they tell us about the past?

In this talk, I will highlight the power of bryozoans, a phylum of invertebrate, aquatic, colonial animals, to answer paleobiological questions.

Based on examples from my previous and current research projects, I will show the reasons why bryozoan provide an optimal model system in the study of biodiversity dynamics, biotic interactions and phenotypic evolution.
